- The park has rest facilities such as children's playground, basketball court, and pagora. A promenade surrounds the park, which is popular among residents.
Bonghwasan Park is on land spanning about 26,000 square meters wide at 123 Shinnae-dong (behind Jungnang-gu Office).
The park boasts of a 360-square-meter entry plaza paved with clay bricks, a children's playground, a traditional play site and a site for promoting good health, an open-air stage, and a resting place.
Adding to the charms of the park are a 630-meter promenade, a 2,600-square-meter grass knoll, and a workout center for the disabled.
Artificial falls were built at a spot where the main gate of the Jungnang-gu Office overlooks the falls for visitors to the office.
An event plaza was built with the falls as centerpiece and is used for outdoor events and performances.
